About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Order Fulfillment Executive to join our team at Pasaraya Yee Seet Fear, a fast-growing retailer and wholesaler in the FMCG industry. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for efficiently processing and fulfilling customer orders from our HQ & centralized warehouse in Ipoh, Perak.

What you'll be doing

  1. Picking and packing customer orders accurately and on time
  2. Maintaining inventory levels and ensuring efficient stock management
  3. Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of orders
  4. Providing excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or issues
  5. Adhering to all company policies and procedures related to order fulfillment
  6. Continuously looking for ways to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a similar order fulfillment or warehouse operations role
  2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  3. Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  5. A team player attitude and willingness to contribute to the overall success of the warehouse
  6. Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role, including lifting and moving stock
