  • Working Hours: 5 days, normal working hours (Mon-Fri)

Key Responsibilities:

Attendance Management

  • Monitor employee attendance, including absences, tardiness, and leave usage.
  • Maintain accurate records in the HRIS system.

Workplace Conduct Monitoring

  • Ensure employees adhere to the company's code of conduct.
  • Investigate misconduct (e.g., harassment, bullying) and mediate disputes.

Policy Development & Implementation

  • Assist in updating attendance, conduct, and leave policies in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Conduct employee education on policies through training sessions.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and distribute attendance and misconduct reports for management.
  • Ensure all records comply with legal standards.

Administrative Tasks

  • Keep attendance data updated in HR systems.
  • Maintain confidential records and assist with other HR-related duties.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in HR or related field
  • Experience in HR operation in attendance tracking & staff discipline from manufacturing/constructure is preferred
  • Able to work independently.
  • Good communication, organization and teamwork skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
