- Working Location: Nusajaya, Gelang Patah (based on Client's site)
- Working Hours: 5 days, normal working hours (Mon-Fri)
Key Responsibilities:
Attendance Management
- Monitor employee attendance, including absences, tardiness, and leave usage.
- Maintain accurate records in the HRIS system.
Workplace Conduct Monitoring
- Ensure employees adhere to the company's code of conduct.
- Investigate misconduct (e.g., harassment, bullying) and mediate disputes.
Policy Development & Implementation
- Assist in updating attendance, conduct, and leave policies in compliance with legal requirements.
- Conduct employee education on policies through training sessions.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and distribute attendance and misconduct reports for management.
- Ensure all records comply with legal standards.
Administrative Tasks
- Keep attendance data updated in HR systems.
- Maintain confidential records and assist with other HR-related duties.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HR or related field
- Experience in HR operation in attendance tracking & staff discipline from manufacturing/constructure is preferred
- Able to work independently.
- Good communication, organization and teamwork skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
