Scope of Work:

Administration:

  • Maintain various agreements, documents, forms and formats as per pre-defined formats (latest version).
  • Maintenance of attendance records and notifying the concerned authorities.
  • Providing support to other departments and managers.
  • Ensure that quality and cost control is maintained in all departments.
  • Ensure clean office environment.
  • Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of routines.
  • Coordinate internally with technical, finance, operations, and management teams to obtain necessary inputs.
  • Involves in preparing tender process.
  • Prepare and update all administrative documents (SSM, company certificates, financial statements, company profile).
  • Collect technical and commercial information from relevant departments.
  • Managing office supplies, upkeep & maintenance.

Requirement:

  • Education: A diploma in business, marketing, economics, or a related field
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, computer literacy, and knowledge of customer service principles. Knowledge in IT is a plus.
  • Experience: Practical experience through internships, part-time jobs, or entry-level positions

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Preferred)
