Job Scope:

  • Monitoring defaulting list, call defaulting customers on a daily basis and update monthly defaulting list.
  • Send defaulting notices and Short Message Service (SMS) to notify customer on their defaulting.
  • Send Short Message Service (SMS) to decline direct debit entries.
  • Send final notices to propose customers' sales cancellation without refund or propose restructure plan.
  • Assist to handle incoming customer calls for direct debit decline customer.
  • Generate SOA to customers when required.
  • Assist on department administration job.
  • Liaise with agents and customers to improve branch arrears accounts.
  • Update daily calling and collection status reports.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the superior and management to you from time to time.

Qualification & Experience :

  • At least SPM & Above.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin, knowledge of additional language is a plus. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
