Sales Operations Executive

1. Sales Process Management:
- Support the sales team in managing and optimizing sales processes to improve efficiency.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders and contracts.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., finance, logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
2. Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date sales data.
- Generate sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts to provide insights to the sales team and management.
- Analyze sales trends and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
3. Coordination and Support:
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and internal departments to resolve issues and streamline operations.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and customer communications.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives.
4. Performance Monitoring:
- Track and monitor sales team performance against targets and KPIs.
- Provide feedback and support to help the sales team achieve their goals.
- Identify and address operational bottlenecks affecting sales performance.
5. Process Improvement:
- Evaluate existing sales processes and recommend improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement tools and technologies to enhance sales operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation.
6. Customer Support:
- Address customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, and product availability.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations or relevant industry.
- Experience in the mobile phone industry or chain stores is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Great communication and coordination ability, learning ability, and cross-departmental collaboration ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Well spoken & writing in Mandarin & English.
