Merchant Sales Executives

Job Description
- Identify and secure merchant sales opportunities and promote e-payment solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective merchants.
- Conduct merchant training and keep merchants updated on the latest card schemes rules or expanded services.
- Manage marketing programmes with merchants to foster long term partnerships.
- Assist in merchant fraud investigation and take pro-active measures to mitigate non-compliance risk.
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and channel sales leads to the relevant stakeholders in the Bank.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification with at least 3 years working experience. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Experience in sales, marketing and client management would be an added advantage.
- Result-oriented with a strong desire to sell.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
