Job Responsibilities

Human Resources Administration

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for contract employees and management.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases (HRIS).
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, conducting orientation, and preparing new hire documentation.
  • Administer attendance, leave management, and timekeeping systems.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Support performance management and training coordination at the site.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (agency/ plant experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of HR practices, labor regulations, and administrative procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
