Role Summary
The Marketing Manager leads the full spectrum of marketing and corporate communication activities, ensuring strong brand positioning for all business units. This role oversees digital marketing, branding, content strategy, vendor management, and execution of campaigns aligned with business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Leadership
· Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business goals and Game Plan 2025.
· Lead MCC team operations, ensuring clarity of tasks, deadlines, and expected outcomes.
· Translate company direction into measurable marketing KPIs for the team and vendors.
· Ensure timely planning for all projects, events, launches, and campaigns across SBUs.
Brand & Corporate Communication
· Manage Maslow's corporate brand identity, ensuring consistency across all materials, platforms, and departments.
· Lead brand-related projects, including rebranding, corporate profile, website updates, new templates, and internal communication materials.
· Ensure clear, accurate, and consistent communication with internal stakeholders, HODs, and BUDs.
· Oversee preparation of CEO/Management communication when required (internal announcements, press releases, official statements).
Digital Marketing Management
· Oversee performance of all digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, website traffic, SEO, and lead tracking.
· Review campaign dashboards weekly and implement optimisation strategies.
· Ensure monthly reporting to CEO reflects accurate numbers, insights, and action plans.
· Monitor quality of leads, cost per lead, and conversion patterns; propose improvements.
Vendor & Partner Management
· Manage all marketing vendors:
Google Ads Specialist
Meta Ads & Social Media Partner
Website Developer
Video & Photography Team
· Set clear job scopes, expectations, weekly deliverables, and turnaround time.
· Review work quality and escalate performance issues immediately.
· Ensure all vendors align with marketing direction, brand identity, and deadlines.
Content Strategy & Management
· Plan and oversee monthly content calendar across all SBUs.
· Ensure high-quality content for website blogs, corporate decks, social media, and thought leadership initiatives.
· Coordinate content with internal experts (e.g., HRIR, L&D, SHR, H&B).
· Oversee proofreading, brand tone, accuracy, and consistency.
Website & Digital Assets Management
· Ensure all company websites remain updated with latest services, profiles, articles, and campaigns.
· Work closely with website developers to implement improvements and resolve issues.
· Maintain organised digital assets including photos, videos, and brand materials.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
· Submit structured weekly and monthly reports covering:
Campaign performance & insights
Pending tasks & deadlines
Vendor performance
Website performance
Risks & issues
Improvements & action items
· Ensure all data is accurate, updated, and ready for review by Marketing Director and CEO.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
· Excellent knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, analytics, and digital dashboards
· Strong understanding of brand identity, corporate communication, and content strategy
· High proficiency in presentation design (PPT), marketing tools, and reporting templates
· Knowledge of website CMS, landing pages, and customer journey optimisation

Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
· Minimum 5–7 years of marketing experience (specially Google ads), with at least 2 years in a managerial role
· Experience managing internal teams and external vendors
· Previous experience in consultancy, training, HR, or health & wellness industry is an advantage
