**Job Descriptions**
- Responsible for payroll administration for the Company employee.
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, manpower planning, performance management, compensation & benefits and training & development.
- Maintaining employee records and update personal details
- Plan and manage Employee Relations programmes and initiatives to create harmonious relationships and a conducive working environment amongst employees and the management.
- Handle employee misconduct issues such as to conduct counselling, issue show cause, warning, suspension, termination, and other related to IR letter.
- Plan in coordinating training sessions and development programs.
- Keep tracking employee training and development progress.
**Job requirements**
- Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or related fields
- Minimum 4 years working experience
- **Compulsory requirement - knowledge in payroll system**:
- Team player and constant update team members on work related matters
- Good communication skills, positive & pro-active toward work
- Possess own transport
- Willing to work in I-City.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
