Job Description:


• Marketing Strategy:Lead the sales team to design and execute effective sales strategies that align with the company's objectives.


• Lead Generation:Develop and implement strategies for generating new leads and expanding our client portfolio.


• Customer Engagement:Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


• Product Development:Collaborating with R&D teams to develop new food products that meet market demands and regulatory standards.


• Networking:Attending industry events, conferences, and networking activities to establish connections and promote the company.

Qualifications:

  1. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  2. Minimum [5] years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the OEM sector.
  3. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and OEM business models.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  6. Results-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
