Penang, Malaysia ADLINK Technology Singapore Pte Ltd Full time 60,000 - 120,000 per year

The ideal candidate will be based in the Northern Region of Malaysia and will be responsible for the sales and marketing of the full range of ADLINK products across all market segments within Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts while developing new business opportunities.
  • Provide pre-sales technical consultation and after-sales support to customers.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on customer inquiries, and ensure timely closure of sales proposals.
  • Plan and conduct regular sales visits, maintain an updated sales funnel and forecasts, and provide reports as required by immediate supervisor.
  • Organize and support customer meetings, workshops, and training sessions when needed.
  • Participate in marketing activities such as seminars, trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events.
  • Maintain a sound technical understanding of ADLINK products and solutions.
  • Deliver presentations and hands-on product demonstrations to showcase ADLINK's technology and solutions effectively.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Min. 2 years of experience in industrial product sales, preferably within Factory Automation, Machine Automation, or Industrial Automation sectors.
  • Experience or familiarity with the semiconductor industry will be an added advantage.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to perform effectively with minimal supervision.
  • A strong team player with the ability to work independently when required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Possess a valid driving license; owning a vehicle will be an advantage.
