Officer/Executive - Golf (Administration)

- Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, correspondence, and documentation.
- Maintain the golfers' booking system, tee sheets, and tournament schedules.
- Prepare monthly operational and financial reports; assist in budget monitoring.
- Handle membership records, renewals, billing coordination, and related matters.
- Handle inquiries from travel agents regarding group bookings, packages, and arrangements, including liaising with hotel partners and tourism associates.
- Liaise with Finance, HR, Sales & Marketing and F&B departments including other group within IOI Properties, for operational requirements,
- Support the planning and execution of golf tournaments and special events.
- Monitor inventory of golf carts, stationery, scorecards, and operational supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–3 years' administrative experience, preferably in hospitality, leisure, or sports.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and golf management/booking software (advantageous).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
