Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for supervising, supporting, guiding, coaching the collectors to meet the portfolio's monthly KPI drivers set by Management.
  • Drive the team towards meeting the KPIs set on Delinquency Ratio (DR), Write off Preventive and Impaired Loan (IL) management.
  • Guide and assist collectors in resolving complicated issues.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to achieve the department's budget and target.
  • Participate in implementing all cost saving initiatives within the department
  • Responsible to reduce ECL for all stages from MIA 1 to IL accounts.
  • Responsible to reduce flow rate of each Pre-Impaired bucket, and delinquency rate
  • Responsible to reduce new written off accounts on monthly basis
  • To ensure the collector adhere to the call quality requirement.
  • To adhere to compliance and resolution Turn Around Time (TAT).
  • Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation through customer experience
  • Ensure a smooth running of day-to-day operation which involves work force management and best time to call to facilitate the completion of accounts worked.
  • Process improvement projects and other management directives including communications and awareness of corporate direction, mission, aims and objectives.
  • Monitor and provide team performance run rate.
  • Ensure legal processes are timely executed.
  • To review top accounts on monthly basis.
  • To assist, support system enhancement which may involve UAT testing and/ or perform any adhoc task / assignment given by Management.
  • To manage team attrition rate.
  • To support and ensure control and compliance in place, at the same time ensure achieved satisfactory audit rating.
  • To ensure team members are in compliance with bank internal policy at all times.
  • To ensure compliance of internal policy & procedures, Bank Negara guidelines and regulation, i.e. FSA/IFSA 2013, Fair Debts Collections and etc.
  • Plan trainings and development for staff's career progression.
  • Coaching and mentoring of collectors in order to drive the intended monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
  • Recruit and fill up vacancy of the team.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Banking and Finance or related fields.
  • SPM/ STPM with minimum years working experience in related field.
  • With minimum years in supervisory role
