• Actively liaise with customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and promote company offerings to existing and potential clients.


• Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.


• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, providing shipment updates, and troubleshooting issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Solicit for new business with existing customers as well as onboarding new customers.


• Align with the company's volume and margin requirements by meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.


• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
