Customer Development Manager

What you'll do:

1.Proactively hunt for potential clients in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia via leading social platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram (B End clients).

2.Conduct independent research on target accounts to build precise Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) based on keywords, roles, industry, and other key dimensions.

3.Craft and refine compelling outreach messages in English and Cantonese to boost initial reply rates and appointment conversions.

4.Schedule sales meetings (demo/consultation) to help advance and convert pipeline opportunities.

5.Gather customer feedback and collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine acquisition strategies and sales pitches.

What we're looking for:

1.At least 1 year of experience in a similar B2B SaaS SDR role.

2.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese. Additional language skills are a plus.

3.Proven experience and skill in engaging prospects through overseas social media.

4.A self-starter who can independently research, organize customer data, and possesses a keen eye for data analysis.

5.Excellent communicator, highly driven, resilient under pressure, eager to take on challenges, and relentlessly results-oriented.

6.Prior experience in phone sales and email sales is highly advantageous.
