About the role

As the QA Manager at PT. HONFOONG PLASTIC INDUSTRIES, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes across our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. In this full-time position based in Batam, Indonesia,  you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of excellence and compliance.

What you'll be doing :

  1. Developing, implementing and continuously improving quality control systems and procedures
  2. Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve quality issues
  3. Liaising with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
  4. Analysing quality data and generating detailed reports for management
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards
  7. Providing training and guidance to quality assurance personnel
  8. Identifying opportunities to optimise production processes and enhance product quality

What we're looking for :

  1. Minimun 5 years experience in plastic injection molding & secondary process like Spray n printing proses
  2. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective quality management systems
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  5. Thorough understanding of quality control methodologies, such as Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing
  6. Working knowledge of relevant industry regulations and quality standard
  7. Proficient in using quality management software and data analysis tools
  8. Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field
  9. Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is highly preferred
  10. Willingness to be based in Batam, Indonesia
  11. Must be able to station in batam full time
