Key Responsibilities


• Conduct market research to identify trends in vehicle styling, accessories, and functional upgrades.


• Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure technical feasibility and compliance with safety and quality standards.


• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials, product catalogues, and visual renderings for customised options.


• Support launch events and dealer training for customisation packages.


• Liaise with procurement, production, and logistics to ensure timely availability of customisation components.


• Coordinate with aftersales/service teams to manage installation procedures and warranty considerations.


• Analyze customer feedback and program performance to report on profitability and guide future offerings.

Qualifications & Skills


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related field.


• 1–3 years' experience in automotive product management, customisation, or parts management.


• Strong knowledge of vehicle components, materials, and styling trends.


• Excellent coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.


• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
