As a
Senior Executive, Marketing Communications
at B. Braun you will play a vital role to plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels to build brand presence, optimize user experience, and drive lead generation for B. Braun's range of products.

Your key responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing campaigns for B. Braun in various channels, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Digital Event Marketing, Email Marketing, and social media.
• Establish and execute digital marketing strategies to build company branding.
• Work with marketers and other stakeholders to maintain B. Braun's digital presence.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels.
• Identify, analyse, and measure trends and content to assess how well it's performing and optimize user experience.
• Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content.
• Together with relevant stakeholders, drive the Lead-to-Order framework and maintain a healthy level of Lead generation and conversion in all digital campaigns.
• Manage the digital platforms (Articulate, Webinar, etc.) related to Aesculap Academy events.
• Whenever necessary, support regional, national and Aeculap Academy physical events to gain insights to further improve customers' experience and engagement.

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor's degree in mass communication or marketing, preferably with specialization in Digital Marketing.
• 4 - 5 years of digital marketing experience is necessary.
• Strong writing and editing skills (content creation, copywriting, etc.), project management and managerial skills, as well as usage of marketing software and tools.
• Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends; Possess strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
