About the role

Reporting directly to the Sales & Operations Director, you will be part of a dynamic and friendly working environment. This role involves close collaboration with various department heads, as well as frequent engagement with corporate customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

SALES SUPPORT

  • Attend to simple sales enquires on IT products and escalate to technical presales team when necessary
  • Assist in preparing sales quotations
  • Assist in updating sales opportunities into sales funnel reports using cloud software
  • Work closely with suppliers and technology partners to get costing for quotations preparing
  • Register account for technology partners' portal on new partnership, if any
  • Act as a point of contact for corporate customers for enquiries, documentation
  • Support customer onboarding, delivery arrangements, and after-sales coordination.
  • Help manage customer accounts and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales cycle.

ADMIN SUPPORT

  • Prepare sales orders and cost comparison when PO received from customers
  • Assist to generate PO to suppliers and business partners
  • Liaise with internal departments and suppliers for delivery matters and installation jobs
  • Co-ordinate with clients on delivery schedules and updating of delivery status
  • Generate weekly report (delivery tracking list) and update key supplier list (if any changes) etc. using cloud software
  • Provide general office admin support such as filing, data entry, scanning of documents, purchasing of stationery etc.
  • Co-ordinate with field support engineers on scheduling for service/ maintenance contract customers and ad-hoc activations
  • Track & upkeep accurate service reports and service utilizations status for service/ maintenance contract customers

Role Requirement

  • Min. SPM/ Diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, administrative, or customer service roles (IT industry an advantage).
  • Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a must
  • Good verbal & written communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Independent, resourceful & a good team player is a must
  • Positive working attitude, trustworthy and willing to learn
