Position Overview
:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Executive – Accounts to manage both administrative and accounting tasks. This role suits someone who enjoys working with numbers, organizing office operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination.

Qualifications
:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP, or equivalent).

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin or other Chinese dialects is preferred to facilitate communication with certain clients or stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities
:

Accounting Functions:

  • Handle daily accounting entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end closing.

  • Prepare basic financial reports, statements, and reconciliations.

  • Manage petty cash, expense claims, and vendor payments.

  • Support audit preparation and compliance requirements.

Administrative Functions:

  • Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination.

  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and documentation.

  • Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.

  • Ensure smooth daily office operations and coordination between departments.
