What You'll Do
  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional approach, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations and information to help customers find the perfect products for their needs.
  • Actively engage with customers and promote products to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.

What We're Looking For
  • Min. SPM / Diploma
  • Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Added advantage for 1–2 years sales/retail experience (mobile industry is a bonus)
  • Understand spoken and written English & BM, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Excellence verbal communication skills
  • Friendly and engaging personality
