Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements and business challenges.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to showcase software capabilities.
  • Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Provide technical expertise during client meetings, addressing queries and resolving concerns.
  • Work closely with the product and development teams to communicate client requirements and feedback.
  • Assist in the creation of RFP/RFI responses and other pre-sales documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights.
  • Support the sales process by identifying opportunities to enhance client value through technical solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience as a IT Project Manager
  • Proven experience in IT software pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales support.
  • Experience in MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of software products, architecture, and integration with business processes.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business benefits for clients.
  • Experience with preparing proposals, demos, and POCs.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to converse confidently with customers.
