About The Role
The Property Facilities Management Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the residential properties. This role ensures efficient operations, tenant/owner satisfaction, financial transparency, and long-term asset value. Core responsibilities include tenant management, property maintenance, financial administration, compliance, risk management, and owner reporting.
What You Will Do
- Oversee the effective daily operation and upkeep of the building, covering
maintenance, security, housekeeping, car park management, landscaping, pest control, and waste collection
. Ensure all facilities (e.g., toilets) and structural elements (e.g., walls, floors, ceilings) are maintained to high standards of
safety, cleanliness, and property value preservation
. - Conduct
daily inspections
of the premises, including infrastructure and amenities, and prepare reports/recommendations for rectification or improvement. - Respond promptly to
maintenance requests
and ensure issues are resolved in a
timely and efficient
manner. - Manage and coordinate all
operational matters
of the residential premises, including
building maintenance, administrative support, and customer service
. - Ensure all
maintenance activity reports
and
equipment inventory records
are accurately and promptly updated. - Schedule, supervise, and provide regular feedback to
maintenance vendor
, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations aligned with the operational plan. - Attend to and follow up on
feedback, defects, complaints, inquiries, payments, and requests
from tenants or owners. - Carry out any other
duties as assigned
from time to time.
What You Should Have
- Candidate must possess minimum Diploma / Degree in Property Management / Hospitality Management / Business Administration / Real Estate Management or related field.
- Freshies are encouraged to apply as on the job training will be provided.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Professionalism with speaking, common sense and a positive attitude.
- Possess good working ethics and self-starter. Able to do the work independently.
- Knowledge of property laws and leasing practices is advantageous.
