Key responsibilities

  • Solution design:
    Develop and design technical solutions based on customer requirements, often involving networking, ICT, or data center solutions.
  • Sales support:
    Work closely with sales teams to prepare for client meetings, respond to technical queries, and contribute to pitches.
  • Technical writing:
    Create compelling technical proposals, commercial documentation, and project-related documentation like network diagrams.
  • Customer interaction:
    Attend meetings with clients to understand their technical and business needs, conduct requirement analysis, and present solutions.
  • Feasibility and support:
    Perform technical feasibility studies, conduct proof-of-concepts, and provide technical support throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
  • Project coordination:
    Coordinate with various teams and partners to ensure the smooth delivery of projects, from initial sales to post-sales activities.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Education:
    A degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is often required.
  • Technical expertise:
    Solid knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), IT equipment, system integration, and relevant technologies is necessary.
  • Communication:
    Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, especially the ability to explain complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, and the ability to speak Chinese/Mandarin would be an advantage.
  • Project management:
    Profound project management skills are needed to oversee the technical aspects of projects.
  • Business traveling:
    Willingness to travel to the North Region, such as Perlis, Perak, and Kedah.
