Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable handling administrative systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and work effectively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process HR-related letters (e.g., confirmation, renewal/extension, transfer, and other employment-related correspondence).
- Maintain and update employee personal files, service records, and HR databases (both physical and digital).
- Ensure proper filing and documentation for audits, accreditation, and compliance purposes.
- Assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, staff documentation, reporting, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide general HR support to staff and academic units, responding to inquiries and assisting with HR-related matters.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of HR documentation and requests.
- Provide assistance to the HR team in other related tasks or projects as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
