Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team in achieving and exceeding revenue and occupancy targets.
  • Develop, implement, and refine sales strategies based on market trends, data analysis, and business goals.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, group planners, and travel industry partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and revenue management teams to ensure consistent service delivery and brand alignment.
  • Analyze competitor performance and market dynamics to continuously adapt sales strategies.
  • Oversee the preparation of detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Lead the planning and execution of high-impact sales events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in hotel sales or hospitality management, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage large accounts, and develop successful sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and market insight.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software, CRM tools, and booking platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
