Job Description:

1) Full-time on-site supervision of all M&E trades at site based in Johor Bahru.

2) Liaise with all client, consultants and project team to prepare M&E coordination drawings.

3) Prepare, monitor and hasten M&E work progress when necessary.

4) Ensure all M&E trades deliver excellent workmanship and handover project in a timely manner.

5) Ensure all M&E trades comply to construction site safety and health requirements.

6) Carry out routine site inspections with client representative including preparation of necessary forms and reports.

7)Supervise maintenance & defect rectification jobs including preparation of necessary forms and reports.

Requirements:

1) Degree/Diploma holder in relevant Engineering discipline.

2) 2 years and above experience in the local construction M&E industry.

3) Dynamic, proactive, disciplined and responsible character desired.

4) Good communication skills and able to communicate & FOLLOW UP with project team at all levels.
