About the role
Looking for an experienced and dedicated Secretary Assistant to join our team at ADDVANTAGE CONSULTANCY SERVICES SDN BHD in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This full-time position is crucial in providing administrative and secretarial support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments for senior management
- Prepare and maintain files, documents and records in an organised manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence on behalf of executives
- Provide general administrative support such as typing, photocopying and filing
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for senior staff
- Assist with event planning and organisation
- Contribute to the development of office procedures and policies
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
