About the role

Looking for an experienced and dedicated Secretary Assistant to join our team at ADDVANTAGE CONSULTANCY SERVICES SDN BHD in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This full-time position is crucial in providing administrative and secretarial support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments for senior management
  • Prepare and maintain files, documents and records in an organised manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence on behalf of executives
  • Provide general administrative support such as typing, photocopying and filing
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for senior staff
  • Assist with event planning and organisation
  • Contribute to the development of office procedures and policies

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
