Job Summary:

Our growing company needs a reliable, organized Finance Executive to perform daily accounting tasks and administrative aspects of running smooth business operations.

The incumbent must have a positive attitude, a desire to work as facilitator to team, and have excellent client-facing communication skills. If you have worked in a fast-paced office in the past and you enjoy establishing your own organizational systems, we're excited to talk with you. We're looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed even if extended efforts are required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Daily accounting of income, expense, acknowledging payment receipts, making vendor payments, Bank Reconciliation and staff travel expense settlement.

-Negotiation with vendors, issuing purchase orders, and acknowledging receipts of goods & services.

-Providing quotation as per requirement of client, raising invoice against purchase orders issued by client after ensuring receipt of payment.

-Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.

-Involve in vendor registration.

-Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.

-Taking calls of clients, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.

-Understanding client's requirement, follow up and facilitating client service with help of site engineer team.

-Act as coordinator for internal communications.

-Prepare and updated the report as per the instructions from the higher management.

-Schedule training, meetings, appointments and manage travel itineraries.

-Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.

-Update and handle daily petty cash.

-Handle full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

-Support other ad-hoc financial tasks as required by management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
