Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Deposit Relationship Manager based in Johor Baharu. The Deposit Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving deposit portfolio growth, creating financial strategies to meet client needs, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include identifying potential clients, maintaining retention of existing clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional banking services and solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in relationship building, client management, and customer service
- Experience in financial analysis, portfolio management, and risk assessment
- Understanding of deposit products, banking solutions, and financial services
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with a results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Prior experience in banking or financial industries is highly preferred
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
