Senior Manager Talent Management

This role plays a critical part in shaping the Group's
future leadership bench
, ensuring every subsidiary has the right talent pipeline and readiness to support expansion, transformation and long-term sustainability. The Senior Manager will be the driving force behind embedding
best-in-class talent practices
, providing the tools and governance needed to uplift capability across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Management Strategy & Governance
- Lead the design, enhancement and deployment of
group-wide Talent Management frameworks
, including succession planning, talent reviews, High Potential identification, talent segmentation and readiness assessments. - Provide TM governance and advisory to subsidiary HR teams to ensure consistent implementation of group standards.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to align TM practices with business priorities and workforce needs.
2. Diagnostic & Capability Gap Analysis
- Conduct group-wide diagnosis of talent capability gaps through data analytics, interviews, assessments, talent heatmaps and workforce insights.
- Translate findings into targeted interventions and development solutions for critical roles and leadership pipelines.
3. Benchmarking & Best Practices
- Continuously benchmark TM tools, processes and trends from leading organisations to ensure competitiveness.
- Evaluate new methodologies, assessment tools and leadership models for adoption across the Group.
4. Talent Processes, Tools & Programs
- Design and maintain TM processes and toolkits including competency models, leadership frameworks, assessment tools, and development programs.
- Project manage end-to-end rollout of TM initiatives such as Talent Reviews, leadership development journeys, assessment programs, and TM digital solutions.
- Lead vendor selection and manage external partners for assessments, leadership programmes and TM technology platforms.
5. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
- Influence business and HR leaders across subsidiaries to take strong ownership of their talent pipelines.
- Facilitate talent discussions, succession conversations and readiness dialogues with HRBPs and leadership teams.
- Prepare and present TM updates and insights to Group HR leadership, EXCO and Nomination & Remuneration Committees.
Key Experiences
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
8–12 years' experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development
Experience in a
large organisations
preferred.
Strong background in designing and deploying talent frameworks and leadership development programs.
Experience managing group-wide HR projects with multiple stakeholders.
Familiar with assessment tools (e.g., Hogan, KF, MBTI), at different stages of Tlent Management including acquisition.
