Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the representative for a world-class smart security company, and gain working knowledge of security operations and procedures.
  • Handle all Incoming/Outgoing calls effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Deliver professional service via phone, email and fax and providing one stop service in a consistent and professional level.
  • Monitor and respond to the alarm signals of client's world-class smart home security system, within service level targets (SLT).
  • Provide technical troubleshooting support to customers on alarm issues in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Assign out relevant questions and jobs requested by customer to other respective departments for further action.
  • Be a team player and maintain professional composure when dealing with security issues.
  • Based on customer feedback, identify problem trends and highlight to Superior for further discussion, service enhancement and resolution of problems.
  • Highlight non-SOP compliance incidents to Team Leaders for corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work in rotational shifts.
  • Must be able to work in Jalan Chan Sow Lin, KL.
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM qualifications.
  • Good command of English.
  • Must be available to start work as soon as possible.
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision, result-oriented and positive-minded with exceptional professionalism.
  • Possess good analytical skills and adaptable to changes.
