Job Responsibilities: -

  • Hands-on planning, managing, production and execution of events and brand activations.
  • Involved in brainstorming, ideation and proposing content for brand activations.
  • Day-to-day liaison with clients. Project managing campaigns with the necessary timeline management, WIP meetings and post evaluations.
  • Build positive working relationships with clients

Job Requirements

  • Conduct yourself professionally and always proactive
  • Consumer/ target/ and result-oriented
  • Multi-tasking skills - being able to handle several clients concurrently.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/ Mass Communications/ Marketing / Event Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position for Event Executive position. While 2 years and above for a Senior Event Executive position.
  • Fresh Grads with the right attitude are encouraged to apply for an entry-level position.
