Job Description

  • Research and identify reliable suppliers, negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Coordinate with Site team on purchases and issue purchase orders based on purchasing requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts and supplier information.
  • Yearly supplier performance review.
  • Keep track of inventory levels, monitor stock and reorder supplies as needed to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
  • Ensure timely submission of all invoices and delivery orders to the Finance Department.
  • To perform other related duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or any relevant field.
  • Experience in the construction industry would be an added advantage for this position.
  • Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word & SQL Software.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
