Job Description:

  • Handle full set of account; prepare cash flow forecast, budget, and financial and management reports.
  • Perform day-to-day finance operations like General Ledger, Account Payable & Account Receivables functions.
  • Initiate continuous improvement e.g. accuracy and efficiency, internal control, cost control/saving, tax saving, accounting process and procedures, management and financial analysis report, workflow, documentation of accounting record, filing etc.
  • Responsible for monthly management report and other financial matters.
  • Maintain proper accounting policies and internal control procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and data integrity of all financial data.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary and other professionals to ensure compliance on all matters relating to audit, tax and statutory requirement.
  • Prepare payment to vendor and manage online banking matter.
  • Prepare and manage account/bank reconciliations.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree holder or Professional Degree in Finance/Accounting (full or partial), equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for degree.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in related field with a proven track record.
  • Strong sense of ownership, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in accounting system(s) and MS Office package (Excel, etc.)
  • Good communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision, as well as able to contribute to learn development.
  • People and results oriented and committed with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Working location at Bukit Tinggi Klang
  • This position is employed under subsidiary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
