HR & Admin Manager

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overseeing and lead the Corporate's full spectrum of Human Resources and administrative functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, payroll administration, and general office management.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with Corporate's objectives and Authorities and ensure consistency across all subsidiaries.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes — from manpower planning to onboarding across all regional subsidiaries.
• Manage employee relations, handle disciplinary issues, and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Oversee Corporate's performance appraisal systems and support departmental heads in evaluating employee performance.
• Identify training needs and organize training programs to enhance employee skills and performance across all regional subsidiaries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Lead HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and development.
• Ensure proper management of office supplies and utilities
• Liaise with government authorities, vendors, and service providers on company-related matters.
• Oversee company licenses, insurance, tenancy agreements, and renewals.
• Assist Management in overseas new business/office set up, expansion, recruitment and regional subsidiaries HR matters.
• Supervise administrative and support staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Assist in IT matter.
• To undertake any ad-hoc tasks/ projects pertaining to HR and administrative duties as and when required.
Requirements:
• Degree in HR or Business Administration or equivalent from recognized institution.
• At least 10 years in HR roles.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
• Good understanding of labour laws and experience in foreign worker recruitment.
• Proficient in MS Office and Internet savvy.
• Responsible, motivated, and able to work independently as well as a team.
• Strong work ethics and objective.
