About the role

HNI MEGASTOR' is seeking a driven and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Kundasang, Sabah. As our Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our diverse range of products and drive sales growth. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print advertising
  2. Conducting market research to identify emerging trends and customer preferences, and using these insights to inform your marketing strategies
  3. Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing efforts and ensure a consistent brand message
  4. Managing the marketing budget and ensuring efficient use of resources
  5. Measuring and analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives, and using data to optimize future campaigns
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies
  7. Providing regular reports on marketing performance and making recommendations for improvement

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry
  2. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness
  3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  5. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
  6. Proficient in the use of marketing tools and software, such as social media platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms
  7. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
