Join MRT Corp's Enforcement Team

We are seeking committed and vigilant individuals to join MRT Corp as Security Enforcement Officers under the RTS Link in Johor Bahru. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining safety, preventing crime, and responding to emergencies. You will also support coordination with enforcement agencies and uphold MRT Corp's commitment to public security.

Responsibilities

  • Patrol designated RTS Link areas to deter crime and maintain a strong security presence
  • Respond to emergencies such as accidents, fires, and security threats in accordance with SOPs
  • Ensure all equipment and facilities are safe and in working condition
  • Conduct surveillance and monitoring via CCTV and physical rounds on a 24-hour basis
  • Manage public safety issues, handle conflicts, and support emergency risk responses
  • Liaise with enforcement and emergency agencies including PDRM, AKPS, JIM, JKDM, KKM, AADK, CGSO, BOMBA, and medical services
  • Prepare clear and detailed incident reports for investigations or prosecutions

Requirements

  • Applicable to Malaysian citizens only
  • Ex-Police or current Auxiliary Police are encouraged to apply
  • Minimum SPM qualification with at least five passes including Bahasa Melayu and Sejarah
  • Male: Minimum height 165 cm and weight 50 kg
  • Female: Minimum height 157 cm and weight 48 kg
  • BMI between 19 to 29
  • Able to communicate fluently in both Bahasa Melayu and English
  • No criminal record, drug abuse or any offences that could affect employment or the company
  • Must pass urine screening by the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM)
  • Possess a valid B2 motorcycle driving license and own transport
