  • Expected salary: RM1,700 - RM2,000 per month

  • Membantu Head of Marketer

· Membantu Head of Marketer dalam pengurusan harian pemasaran TikTok.

· Berkomunikasi dengan team lain (production, host, dan customer service) bagi memastikan kelancaran operasi.

  1. Mengendali seller center (tiktok)

· Tahu asas tiktok ads manager – cara setup bajet dan kempen

· Bantu buat iklan promosi produk syarikat

· Pantau live host dan tahu basic baca data di seller center

· Boost ads tiktok dan pantau

· Ada basic dan pengalaman dalam membaca data tiktok

  1. Customer Service (Bahagian TikTok)

· Membalas mesej pelanggan dengan pantas dan profesional di TikTok Shop/Inbox.

· Menjawab pertanyaan tentang produk, promosi, dan penghantaran.

· Membantu pelanggan membuat keputusan pembelian dengan menyediakan maklumat produk yang tepat.

  1. Sokongan untuk Host Live

· Menyediakan laporan jualan setiap hari kepada host (jualan semasa dan selepas live).

· Mengemas kini report sales setiap jam semasa live bagi membantu host dan team membuat tindakan segera.

· Menyampaikan maklum balas pelanggan kepada host untuk penambahbaikan sesi live.

· Menjalankan tugas tambahan lain yang diarahkan oleh Head of Marketer atau pihak pengurusan.
