Summary

The Customer Success Specialist plays a key role in ensuring every client enjoys a smooth, positive, and professional experience. This role blends excellent communication, coordination, and administrative skills with a consultative, client-focused approach. Working closely with healthcare practitioners, the specialist enhances client satisfaction, supports treatment planning, and builds long-term relationships — all while contributing to business growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Scheduling

  • Coordinate appointments with clients, practitioners, and case managers, including scheduling and rescheduling as needed.
  • Conduct initial client consultations to understand their needs and goals.
  • Provide onboarding support for new clients, ensuring they understand the process and services offered.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and booking information in the system.

Client Retention & Growth

  • Follow up with clients after appointments to gather feedback and address ongoing needs.
  • Recommend additional or extended services based on practitioner guidance to support clients' well-being.
  • Respond to inquiries from new clients, offering tailored service information and recommendations.
  • Reach out to potential clients referred by case managers or healthcare providers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and referrals.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with practitioners, case managers, and internal teams to ensure aligned and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage group or bulk service scheduling and coordination.
  • Communicate promptly about any changes or issues that may impact client appointments or experiences.

Funding & Administration

  • Liaise with case managers to confirm clients' funding eligibility for services.
  • Handle administrative duties such as documentation, invoicing, and paperwork accurately and efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
