What you'll be doing?- Respond to inquiries: Handle customer queries via calls, emails, chats, and web tickets.
- Provide guidance: Assist customers with Level 1 and 2 issues, aiming for first-call resolution.
- Escalate issues: Identify and escalate priority issues to higher management for resolution.
- Follow up: Manage follow-ups on complex customer calls as needed.
- Document calls: Complete and update call notes and reports in the CRM.
- Shipping tasks: Handle receiving, issuing, and shipping tasks as directed.
- Comply with policies: Adhere to company policies, directions, and SOPs.
- Support sales: Provide customer service support to the sales team.
- Stay updated: Study new product descriptions and participate in training courses.
- Perform additional duties: Carry out any other tasks assigned by your superior.
- Education: Candidates must have a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Language proficiency: Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malayu, and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with diverse customers.
- IT knowledge: Basic IT knowledge and experience are required to handle technical queries.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experiences in the preferably in IT knowledge or related field.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and teamwork skills are crucial for success in this role.
- Reporting experience: Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
