Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic IT Field Support Executive to join our technical team. This hybrid role involves on-site support for customer installations (copiers, printers, IWB) as well as occasional internal IT troubleshooting (PC, printer, network). You must be confident in handling basic IT tasks and willing to travel daily using a motorcycle.

Key Responsibilities

External / Customer Support

  • Perform on-site installation & configuration of multifunction printers (MFP), network scanners, fax machines, and IWBs.
  • Set up network functions (IP assignment, scan-to-email/shared folder, driver installation).
  • Support pre-sales and post-sales including site surveys, product demos, and basic technical consultations.
  • Train users on basic operation and ensure proper device integration into their network.
  • Monitor and record machine usage for reporting via remote or manual tracking tools.

Internal IT Support (Occasional)

  • Assist with basic IT troubleshooting for staff (PC, printer, network connectivity).
  • Provide setup and support for office devices and software.
  • Coordinate with internal IT team when deeper issues need escalation.

Job Requirement & Qualification:

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Networking, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year experience in IT support or network/printer setup.
  • Familiar with basic networking: IP, gateway, ping, LAN/Wi-Fi, etc.
  • Able to install/configure drivers and perform simple diagnostics.
  • MUST possess a valid motorcycle license (Class B2) – traveling to customer sites is a core part of the job.
  • Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Able to work hard, willingness to learn, multi-task, demonstrate initiative, handle and solve new challenges
  • Ability to work independently on assigned task and accept direction on given assignment
  • Committed and responsible person
  • Have valid license & Prefer have motorcycle
  • Willing to travel
  • Prefer Male only
  • Malaysian only
