Company Overview

We are a leading law firm in Malaysia with strong expertise across diverse practice areas. To support our growth, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing & Business Development Executive.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

· Plan, coordinate, and execute both digital (e.g., social media) and offline marketing campaigns.

· Develop content for social media, website (WordPress), brochures, and other marketing materials.

· Manage Google Ads, SEO, and digital performance tracking.

· Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners for marketing initiatives.

· Monitor competitors' marketing activities and market trends.

· Track and prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance and ROI.

Assistant to Business Development

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

· Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and partners.

· Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.

· Attend networking events when required.

· Organize and attend networking events when required.

General / Cross-Functional

· Assist in editorial projects by supporting delegated tasks.

· Provide input to strategy discussions with the Head of BD/Marketing.

· Ensure timely reporting and communication with management.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, operations) to support business initiatives.

· Uphold the company's brand image and professionalism in all dealings.

Skills & Qualifications

· Minimum one (1) year experience in ANY ONE of the following fields: marketing, business administration, public relations, event management, law, editorial, or copywriting.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

· Proficiency in writing in Chinese will be an added advantage.
