Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Global Mobility Manager at GP Outsourcing Asia Sdn Bhd. The role is based in Subang Jaya, with some flexibility for remote work. The Global Mobility Manager will oversee international employee mobility, manage immigration processes, and collaborate on employee benefits for relocating team members. Daily tasks include policy development, compliance management, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and providing guidance on cross-border assignments and relocations.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Global Mobility and Global Immigration
  • Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and assessments
  • Proficiency in Project Management for organized and timely execution of programs
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits as related to international assignments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment either based in Malaysia or China
  • Experience in similar roles and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields are advantageous
  • Ability to speak and Write in Mandarin is mandatory
