Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
-Develop new customer accounts and expand the client base.
-Conduct customer data analysis and maintain accurate records.
-Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
-Establish and manage a systematic customer database.
Requirements
-Proficient in English, Chinese, and Malay (both written and spoken).
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
-Strong initiative and ability to respond quickly to customer needs.
