About the Role

Secure Hire Sdn. Bhd. is expanding its Sales division and seeking passionate individuals to join as Customer Relationship Management Executives. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy interacting with customers, developing communication skills, and growing their career in a supportive and performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop customer relationships daily through WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Phone Calls, or CRM systems.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to offer competitive products and services.
  • Assist in preparing business proposals and sales pitches with effective written communication.
  • Analyze and summarize market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to improve overall performance.
  • Track and update conversion rates, active customer data, and sales progress within the CRM system.
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently and support other ad-hoc duties as directed by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • SPM or higher qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Telesales, or related industries (at least 6 months in the same company).
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions or seek guidance.
  • Added advantage if you can provide 3 months of consecutive sales records with proven results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM4,500.00 per month
