Compensation & Benefits

Basic Salary: RM4,000 – RM4,500

Performance Incentive: Up to RM2,000 per quarter

Performance Bonus: Up to 6 months (Individual + Company)

Year-End Bonus: 1 month

Long-Service Reward: RM20,000 housing allowance after 5 years

Annual Salary Adjustment & Top Performer Rewards (including company trip)

Medical & Dental Coverage: RM700 per year

About the Role

We are expanding Secure Hire Sdn. Bhd. is looking for dynamic and proactive individuals to join our growing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building connections, understanding client needs, and supporting business growth through strong communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop customer relationships daily via WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Phone Calls, or the CRM system.
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable products or services to meet their expectations.
  • Assist in preparing sales pitches, business proposals, and marketing content.
  • Gather and summarize insights from market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to improve engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and update sales activities, conversion rates, and customer performance in the CRM system.
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently and support additional projects as directed by management.

Requirements

  • SPM or above.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Telesales (at least 6 months in one company).
  • Proactive, disciplined, and willing to learn — not afraid to ask questions or seek guidance.
  • Added advantage: able to present 3 consecutive months of proven sales results.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
