Job Summary

The Front Office Assistant is responsible for providing excellent guest service, managing front desk operations, and supporting the smooth daily functioning of the reception area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
  • Manage reservations and maintain accurate guest records.
  • Support front desk operations including billing and payment processing.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Assist in daily reporting and documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience in front office or customer service.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with professional appearance and attitude.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with hotel systems/PMS is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
