Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Shah Alam for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing, managing, and executing effective sales strategies. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, the ability to analyze market trends, and the creation of tailored solutions to meet client needs. Regular communication with stakeholders and maintaining updated customer records are essential components of this position.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including client prospecting, relationship building, and contract negotiation
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and global transportation systems
  • Organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets
  • Experience in market analysis and creating tailored customer solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field or a minimum of SPM
  • Prior experience in a logistics or supply chain industry is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, while proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Posses own transport and open to travel ousstation whenever required
