What you'll be doing

  • Prepare the cost estimates for RFQ's received and ensure timely submission in accordance with project requirement.
  • Complete and submit the client Pre-qualification forms along with all necessary supporting documents.
  • Draft, review and prepare contract agreements and addendums for subcontractors as required.
  • Maintain well-organised by systematically managing electronic folders and files related to Contract / Pre-qualification.
  • Update Customer PO Status on the department portal and provide a weekly summary to the relevant teams.
  • Support the Manager in a variety of departmental works and initiatives.
  • Performs any other duties as assigned by management.

We're looking for

  • Minimum Degree in related field from reputed Institute
  • Minimum 3 year's relevant experience in the same capacity, preferably in similar or related industries.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Good communication skills and meticulous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM6,000.00 per month
